(AIBB Members facilitate the transfer of A$2 to A$3 Billion of SME assets annually.
He is a Fellow of both the International Institute of Directors & Managers (FIDM) and the Australian Institute of Business Brokers and an Accredited Senior Business Analyst (SBA) with the International Society of Business Analysts.
Paul is a former Director and past Chairman of the Council Of Small Business Associations Of Australia (COSBOA) whose 38 Industry Association Members have reach to over 600,000 SME's in Australia.
Public Service appointments have included participation in the ATO's Red Tape Task Force, Membership of the ATO's GST Advisory Committee and Membership of the National Council for Defence Force Reserves Support. Paul has assisted the Productivity Commission in Policy framework, re-designing Forms for ASIC and participated in the Prime Ministers Round Table on Cyber Security and assisted the Dept Home Affairs with advice on Cyber Security matters. Avantia is a registered partner of the Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC) a division of the Defence Signals Directorate and a Registered Government Lobbyist.
In 2009 Paul completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors Corporate Governance course and in 2011 gained accreditation as an Accredited Sponsor with the Australian Small Scale Offerings Board (ASSOB) to assist his Clients with Equity Capital raising for growth and/or succession and and has presented as a Keynote Speaker at Industry Conferences on Business Exit Strategies and Business Valuations and Cyber Security matters in relation to SME's.

He has broad cross border experience over a number of Industries in General Management; Sales, Marketing and Personnel Management; Corporate Governance; Transactional Negotiations and Business Value Creation and is a Justice of the Peace (Qual).
